A cute blonde, wearing a party hat and smoking with a long cigarette holder, sings "Happy Birthday" before having her face smashed into the cake. She then takes multiple pies in the face. She also picks up the remainder of the cake and rubs in her own face. When the pies run out, she gets handfulls of whipped cream thrown at her. She laughs out loud, having a great time getting messed!
